Artist Statement

I play around a lot with duality, especially life and death. I tend to marry the macabre with the traditionally beautiful, whether that be creating a juxtaposition of flowers and skulls or gore with fantastical elements. When creating digital media I often use bright colors, intense shading, and whimsical figures. For traditional pieces, I favor charcoal or graphite drawings that have high contrast and visually uncomfortable imagery.

I create art as I feel inspired. I rarely showcase in a gallery or take commissions, but I will announce it here when I do.
